🍂 November 2025 • Gratitude on the Green
A Thanksgiving note from PEARLs on the Green — Where golf meets grace, growth, & great connections.
A Thanksgiving Note from Cassandra
Dear Ladies,
This Thanksgiving season, I am especially grateful for each of you who has chosen to walk, learn, and grow with PEARLs on the Green. When I dreamed of creating a community where women could explore golf and leadership in a loving, welcoming environment, I prayed for women like you—Professional, Entrepreneurial, Aspiring, Respectable Ladies who are willing to step onto new fairways and into new seasons.
November invites us to slow down, reflect, and notice the blessings in front of us. For me, that blessing is seeing women who once said, “Golf isn’t for me,” now holding clubs with confidence, smiling on the range, building relationships, and discovering how much this game has to offer their careers, families, and personal growth.
As you gather around tables, living rooms, and yes—even tee boxes—this month, I hope you feel proud of the courage it takes to try something new and to make time for your own development. Thank you for trusting the journey we’re building together.
⛳ November Highlights on the Green
Networking on the Green — A Warm, Fall Evening
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Back Nine for fellowship, indoor golf, and heartfelt conversation. The room felt like Thanksgiving before the holiday—women laughing, listening, exchanging stories, and encouraging one another. New faces were welcomed, and a few women took their very first “swing” into the PEARLs on the Green experience.
Leadership Through Golf Program — Rooted in Our Foundation
Our seven-part Leadership Through Golf curriculum is in its final refinements. This program doesn’t just add leadership on top of golf—it uses the game itself as the foundation. Every swing, decision, and reset becomes a lesson in:
- Confidence and composure
- Discipline and consistency
- Integrity and decision-making
Led by MBA grad and Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach Angela Baptiste and PGA instructor Tonya Danckert at Bobby Jones Golf Course, this experience is designed to move women from “curious about golf” to “confident in life and leadership.”
Website + Membership Updates with a PEARLs Touch
We are continuing to refine our Membership page so that each tier—Curious, Social, and Champion—feels clear, inviting, and easy to understand. Hover effects, updated photography, and refreshed language are all being shaped by your feedback. Our goal is simple: when a woman lands on our site, she should see herself in our story.
📅 Coming Up After the Holidays
Holiday Social — December 8
Before the year closes, we’ll gather for a warm, festive afternoon of connection, light bites, and intentional networking. Think of it as a post-Thanksgiving reset— a moment to refill your cup in community. Formal details and registration will be released soon.
New “Golf for Beginners + Why Golf?” Page — January 2026
In the new year, we will launch a “Golf for Beginners / Why Golf” page created for women who have said, “I don’t know where to start.” It will speak directly to women who:
- Have never held a club but are curious
- Don’t see themselves represented in golf spaces
- Want to understand how golf connects to leadership and networking
This page will be written with love, clarity, and accessibility in mind—one more step in opening the doors wider.
Membership Enrollment Opens — February 2026
In February, we’ll open membership enrollment with early-bird opportunities for Social and Champion tiers. If this year was your “getting to know us” season, 2026 may be your “I’m all in” year.
🤝 Community & Partner Spotlight
Mentorship Clinic & Mentorship Match Golf Tournament
Behind the scenes, we are also shaping our Mentorship Clinic and Mentorship Match Golf Tournament as part of a broader mentorship program for young women and emerging leaders. With guidance from trusted advisors and community partners, we’re designing a simple, meaningful experience that pairs golf, mentorship, and encouragement on the course. More details will be shared as the framework is finalized.
Member of the Month — Launching in December
Beginning next month, we’ll introduce a “Member of the Month” highlight to celebrate women who show up, serve, invite others, and embody the spirit of PEARLs on the Green. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for the quiet and consistent leadership so many of you demonstrate.
Partner Spotlight — Bobby Jones Golf Course
We remain grateful for our partnership with Bobby Jones Golf Course. Their support, instruction, and hospitality have helped turn our vision into real experiences on the green. Together, we are expanding access to a course and a game that once felt out of reach for many women.
🦃 Thanksgiving Gratitude Corner
This Thanksgiving, we are giving thanks for every woman who:
- Showed up nervous, but stayed anyway
- Invited a friend, colleague, mentee, or daughter to join an event
- Shared a kind word, a tip, or encouragement with another woman on the range
- Sent a text, email, or prayer that helped keep this vision moving forward
- Believes that golf, leadership, and faith-filled community can coexist beautifully
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just discovered PEARLs on the Green, please know this: we see you, we appreciate you, and we are thankful for you.
Stay Connected This Holiday Season
As you move through this season of gratitude, we invite you to stay close to the community that is cheering for your growth—on and off the course. Follow us, share us, and invite another woman to experience what happens when golf meets grace, growth, and great connections.
