Our Story
Founded in 2021, PEARLs on the Green began as a casual gathering of women inspired to build confidence, improve their game, and connect with like-minded peers. What started on the fairways has blossomed into a dynamic space for leadership development, friendship, wellness, and community impact.
Today, we proudly host events, clinics, retreats, and charitable initiatives that reflect our values and empower our members to shine — on and off the green.

The Founder
Cassandra Nash
Founder | PEARLs on the Green, LLC
Cassandra is the visionary behind PEARLs on the Green, a women’s golf community built on the pillars of confidence, connection, and community. PEARLs — an acronym for Professional, Entrepreneurial, Aspiring, Respectable Ladies — was originally founded in 2011 as a book club that flourished until the COVID-19 pandemic.
After an attempted revival, shifting priorities among members led Cassandra to reimagine the PEARLs experience. Inspired by her love for both golf and sisterhood, she transitioned the vision into what it is today — a vibrant community where women can grow personally and professionally through purpose-driven play and authentic relationships.
Meet Our Community
From aspiring golfers to seasoned players, our members uplift one another to grow, lead, and swing with confidence. While we don’t currently have professional golfers as members, we proudly collaborate with golf pros, and our core members are deeply dedicated to the game and the PEARLs mission.
Together, we create a welcoming space where belonging is par for the course.
