Cassandra Nash is the visionary founder of PEARLs on the Green, a dynamic women’s golf group dedicated to fostering connection, confidence, and community through the game of golf. Founded in 2021, Cassandra created PEARLs — which stands for Professional, Entrepreneurial, Aspiring, Respectable Ladies — to empower women from all walks of life to explore the sport, grow personally and professionally, and build meaningful relationships both on and off the green.
With over two decades of leadership experience in corporate America, Cassandra blends her background in project management, mentorship, and community engagement to lead PEARLs with passion and purpose. Under her guidance, the group has expanded its impact by hosting inclusive golf clinics, networking events, and wellness partnerships — all designed to support women in their journey toward personal development and excellence.
A champion of representation and opportunity, Cassandra's mission is to break down barriers in golf and create spaces where women — especially women of color — feel welcomed, seen, and celebrated. She brings authenticity, warmth, and intention to everything she does, making PEARLs on the Green not just a golf group, but a movement.
