Leadership Through Golf
Where Leadership Meets the Game
Leadership Through Golf brings leadership development, meaningful connection, and the game of golf together in one engaging experience.
Begin the day connecting over lunch and conversation, followed by a fireside chat featuring accomplished leaders who will share their leadership journeys, experiences with golf, and perspectives on the relationships and opportunities that can develop on and beyond the course.
Then, experience an introduction to the Leadership Through Golf concept through interactive leadership coaching and hands-on golf fundamentals that bring leadership development and learning the game together.
We'll close the day with a recap of the experience, key takeaways, and a special thank you to our guests, speakers, partners, and supporters.
Whether you're an experienced golfer, new to the game, or simply curious about the connection between golf and leadership, you're welcome. No prior golf experience is required.

Learn As You Play – 4-Session Golf Experience
Investment
$350 per participant
Our signature beginner golf experience combines professional golf instruction, guided practice, on-course learning, and community to help you build the skills and confidence to play golf.
Hosted in partnership with the Bobby Jones Golf Course Grand Slam Academy.
Your Experience Includes
Three one-hour beginner-friendly instructional sessions led by a PGA Professional at the Bobby Jones Golf Course Grand Slam Academy
Three coordinated practice sessions to reinforce what you're learning and build confidence between instructional sessions
Rental golf clubs and practice balls for instructional sessions
Session 4: A guided 3–5 hole Cupp Links experience where you'll put your skills into practice while learning course etiquette, pace of play, and preparing for future tee times
Post-session social time at Boone's Restaurant to connect with fellow participants
Each cohort is intentionally limited to seven participants to provide personalized instruction and meaningful connections.

Learn As You Play will be offered throughout October 2026. Session dates and times are coordinated based on participant and instructor availability.

Commit to a 12-month PEARLs on the Green League experience and receive 3 Flexible Golf Credits at no additional cost. Use your credits toward eligible Learn As You Play instructional sessions or league tee times—you choose the combination that best supports your golf journey.
