Pairing mentors and mentees on the course—linking golf, leadership, and real-life opportunities for our girls and young women.
Fall Learn As You Play Clinic (August–October)
Quarterly Wellness & Alloy sessions continue.

Mentorship Match Golf Tournament
A cornerstone 2026 event that brings mentors and mentees together on the course— creating space for conversation, courage, and opportunities that last beyond 18 holes.
Summer Mentorship Clinic & End-of-Year Celebration
Summer mentorship clinics will give girls and young women access to role models, skill-building, and a sense of belonging. We’ll cap the year with an End-of-Year celebration—and, if timing aligns, a fall tournament—to honor the stories we’ve written together.

A welcoming introduction to PEARLs on the Green for new and curious women — learn about our pillars, meet the team, and preview the season.
Golf Development
Learn As You Play Clinics
Beginner- and returning-golfer friendly clinics focused on fundamentals, confidence, and fun. Perfect for Curious PEARLs, Social PEARLs, and corporate groups.
Separate dates for spring and fall sessions will be announced; space is limited.
Networking & Wellness
Networking on the Green
A coed-friendly space to connect professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders around golf, conversation, and curated experiences.
Wellness & Fitness at Alloy
Small-group wellness and fitness activations hosted with Alloy to support strength, mobility, and overall health for your golf and everyday life.
Mentorship & Youth Golf
Mentorship Match
Mentorship Match Golf Tournament
A signature event pairing mentors and mentees on the course for connection, encouragement, and friendly competition. Designed to highlight leadership, character, and community impact.

Summer Mentorship Golf Clinic
A focused clinic experience blending golf fundamentals with leadership lessons for mentees and emerging leaders. Ideal for youth participants and supporting mentors.

A season wrap-up to celebrate the women, partners, and communities that make PEARLs on the Green special — with room for recognition, reflection, and joyful connection.
Year-End Tournament Option
We are exploring hosting a tournament-style component either in October or as a separate event. Details will be shaped by participation and partnership interest.
