The PEARLs on the Green Foundation is the charitable arm of PEARLs on the Green. Our work is centered on creating meaningful experiences for youth, women, and communities that may not otherwise have access to golf, leadership development, mentorship, wellness, and professional networks.
Through community partnerships, volunteer service, and purpose-driven programming, we use golf as a bridge to confidence, character, connection, and opportunity.

Introducing youth and new golfers to the game through welcoming, hands-on experiences led by golf professionals and community partners.

Supporting women, families, and community organizations through volunteerism, outreach, charitable giving, and collaborative service projects.
Discovery Golf and Leadership Clinic
The Discovery Golf and Leadership Clinic introduces young people to golf in an environment designed to be educational, encouraging, and fun.
Participants learn basic golf skills while also exploring the history of the game, leadership principles, confidence, teamwork, and the opportunities available through golf.

Reach for Excellence
PEARLs on the Green Foundation is proud to partner with Reach for Excellence to provide scholars with exposure to golf, leadership, mentorship, and new possibilities.
Through the Discovery Golf and Leadership Clinic, rising ninth graders experienced golf instruction, learned about the history and traditions of the game, and connected golf with leadership, character, relationships, and future opportunity.
We look forward to expanding this partnership and creating additional opportunities for scholars to learn, grow, and experience environments that can broaden their personal and professional horizons.
