PEARLs on the Green — Golf Clinic Waiver & Release

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in golf clinics involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, contact with equipment, errant golf balls, outdoor conditions, and other hazards associated with athletic activity. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks, known and unknown.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless PEARLs on the Green, its organizers, officers, members, volunteers, instructors, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or connected with my participation, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Safety & Medical

1. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by clinic staff and venue personnel.
2. I certify that I am physically able to participate and will notify organizers of any relevant medical conditions.
3. In an emergency, I authorize first aid and/or medical treatment as deemed necessary.

Photography & Media (Optional)

I grant permission to PEARLs on the Green to use photographs or video taken during clinics for non-commercial club communications and social media. (You may withdraw consent by emailing us.)

Venue & Third Parties

I acknowledge that clinics may occur at partner facilities (e.g., golf courses, training centers). I agree to comply with all venue rules and understand venue waivers or rules may also apply.

Agreement

By registering online, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Waiver & Release, and I understand that checking the box during online booking constitutes my electronic signature and consent.
