Adult Mentorship Program

A curated space where women share wisdom, ask honest questions, and build confidence—on the fairway and in everyday leadership.

The Adult Mentorship Program pairs PEARLs on the Green members, subscribers, and invited professionals for focused, 6–12 month mentoring relationships.

Some pairs meet at the Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament. Others connect over coffee, Zoom, or a quiet walk. In every format, the goal is the same: clarity, courage, and community.

How it works
1. Submit a mentor or mentee interest form
2. Get matched by the Mentorship Committee
3. Meet regularly for 6–12 months

Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament

Each year, the Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament becomes a living classroom. Mentor–mentee pairs play together in a friendly scramble format, while other adults and corporate teams compete in an open division.

Adults fund the day; students and youth mentees are sponsored. Every round helps underwrite clinics, scholarships, and mentorship programs for the next generation.
