Youth Mentorship Through Golf
The PEARLs on the Green Foundation is building a student-centered mentorship experience that uses golf as a safe, confidence-building classroom for leadership, character, and connection. Our pilot is inspired by Marist School’s Reach for Excellence summer program—and we welcome partnerships with schools and youth-serving organizations across Atlanta.
Current focus: 7th–9th grade students. Planned expansion: potentially 7th–12th as funding and partnerships grow.
Adult involvement is limited to mentoring, volunteering, or sponsoring in support of students.
Youth Mentorship Golf Clinic
A welcoming, age-appropriate clinic pairing students with professional women mentors for leadership huddles, golf fundamentals, and confidence-building conversations—so students leave feeling seen, supported, and proud of what they tried.
Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament
A purpose-filled benefit event designed to expand sponsored student participation. Adults and corporate teams can register to play or sponsor—so more students can step onto the course, build confidence, and gain mentorship that lasts beyond one day.
