Mentorship Programs & Mentorship Match Golf Tournament

PEARLs on the Green partners with schools—including Marist School’s Reach for Excellence program— to create an Atlanta-based youth golf mentorship program. Through a fully sponsored Mentorship Golf Clinic and our 1st Annual Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament, girls are paired with professional women mentors to build confidence, leadership, and a lifelong love of the game.

A welcoming, age-appropriate golf clinic that blends leadership huddles, on-course fundamentals, and mentor–mentee conversations. Students are fully sponsored so they can focus on confidence, character, and trying something new alongside professional women mentors.

The Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament is a joyful, purpose-filled scramble where mentees are paired with professional women mentors in twosomes or foursomes, and adults who want to compete can register to play in our open division. Together, they raise funds for youth mentorship, build confidence on the course, and prove that when women lift the next generation, everybody rises.
