At PEARLs on the Green, mentorship is more than a meeting. It’s a relationship shaped by golf, guided conversations, and shared courage—on the course and in everyday life. Choose the pathway that best fits where you are right now.

Two ways to get involved: Youth Mentorship connects students with caring women mentors through clinics and tournaments. Adult Mentorship pairs women in different stages of their careers and lives for structured 6–12 month relationships that may begin on the fairway or over coffee.

Youth Mentorship Clinic & Mentorship Match

Designed for middle and high school students, this pathway introduces girls to golf, leadership, and mentorship in a safe, welcoming environment—with all costs covered by sponsors and partners.

  • Fully sponsored mentorship golf clinics (1–3 hours).
  • Professional women mentors walk alongside each student.
  • Youth division in the Mentorship Match & Golf Tournament.
